		+ we have 359 canvases completed

		+ 100 new canvases being ordered today

	o Groomer Combo – After Action Report? (Greg) (15 Minutes)
		+ greg: actors feedback was positive, said they would work with us again
		+ we need to create a producers book - will do it for the next shows

		+ greg: all in all, it went really well
		+ holiday weekend was a gamble, staunton jam was successful, unhappy about the layout
		+ bill: it came out better than i thought - couldn't stand the location (doesn't like space)
	o Pillowman Reading Wrap-up and Next Steps - (10 minutes) Information led by Greg
		+ greg: went really well, but not as many people showed up as we would have liked
		+ jullia very interested
		+ nichole royse - not interested in the fall time slot, winter or spring would work for her
		+ jeff: talked to sam about doing a reading late august, brooks says he'll run with it
			+ he wants to do it after he leaves
		+ jenni: will talk to claire about getting a reading for her script done
	o Committee for Mosaic Gala - (5 minutes)
		+ sherry will chair this, has people to talk to, will email drew, emily, chuck, etc
		+ galla date most likely in Sept
		+ belle grae - a possible place
	o Wings Update - Greg (10 minutes)
		+ needs to get info to sunspots so they can inform people
		+ chairs for .75
		+ we'll get the chairs on saturday - heath, brooks, greg

		* Inner Circle Proposal - Emily (15 minutes)  (a rewrite of the old one?)
			+ emily: brought a proposal, dustin is directing
			+ emily: assistant director, stage manager, etc (paid by health dept)
			+ will hold auditions, info going out to school requesting recomendations
				+ will try to go into schools and talk to the theatre departments
			+ $35 a performance, 3 community shows and then to tour it
			+ actors will learn about prevention and what not, and will get referral cards
			+ all this pending $1000 mini-grant augusta health foundation
			+ auditions - 1st week in sept
				+ shows - starting Jan -> May in schools
				+ brooks: we should start the community show this fall and try to get adminstrators
			+ motion passes unanimously, please send ideas and opinions to emily

· Discussion
	o Creamery Clean-up - Anything need to be done with this? (5 minutes)
		+ sherri: nope, old yard-sale stuff sent over to jerrico house
	o SDDA Membership Application - Discussion led by Greg (5 minutes)
		+ greg: will waive our joining fee and we'll get into the downtown guide brochure thingy
